Your minutes, explained.
Included minutes are used first and reset each billing month. They do not roll over. Purchased minutes carry forward while your subscription stays active.
We count connected conversation time in seconds, including scheduled and reminder calls. Ringing, unanswered calls, and system failures do not use your allowance. Calls wrap up before the limit and pause when your balance is exhausted. Your dashboard and call history remain available.
We email the account owner at 80% and 95% of included minutes used. Add minutes from your dashboard whenever you need them. Cancel anytime through your billing settings.
After your 7-day trial, your subscription renews at $49/month unless canceled. KinCare360 provides nonmedical support and is not an emergency response service.
